Started in 2015 as a Tableau consulting shop. Evolved into full-stack engineering because half of every Tableau project turned out to be "fix the upstream data first" — and the next half was "now build the software that runs on it." Today we ship the whole stack: custom applications, data pipelines end to end, and the AI agents that increasingly sit on top of it all.
We keep the team deliberately small. Every person who touches your project is senior. No juniors getting their reps on your codebase. No offshore handoffs at 11pm. The person in the kickoff is the person in the production review.
We work across industries — retail, fintech, healthcare, media, SaaS — but the pattern is always the same. Somebody has a problem — a data pipeline, an app, a platform — that's growing faster than the team can keep up with. We show up, ship the thing, document everything, and hand back a system that keeps working after we leave.
