    We diagram how your business runs

    Before any code, we map your systems and the handoffs between them. We expose the target, pin the milestones on the way there and gather the first requirements.

    We interview your people and connect the dots

    We talk to the people who do the work, not only the ones who sign off. When finance and ops describe the same spreadsheet from both ends, that is one problem with one fix.

  4. 03 · Voice to text

    Every interview becomes tagged text

    Interviews are recorded and transcribed to text. Our language models tag the systems, pain points and deadlines in the words, so nothing anyone said gets lost.

    What people said becomes the backlog

    Tagged phrases become epics, stories and tasks with acceptance criteria. Each one traces back to the person and the minute it came from.
