How dev3lop builds · played as a game

One operator, from first diagram to profit

A transit map of how we work: your systems and people on one side, your target on the other, and dev3lop as the one interchange in between.

  1. Press start

Your business, drawn as a transit map

Stations are your systems and people. Dashed track is planned, solid track is built, and every line runs through one interchange: dev3lop. Eight levels, from first diagram to profit.

    • Planned
    • Built
    • dev3lop
    • Your systems
  2. Level 1 of 8

We map your systems, target and milestones

Every project starts as a diagram of the systems you already run. We pin the target, set milestones on the way, and write the requirements down before any code.

    • CRM
    • Billing
    • ERP
    • Warehouse
    • Spreadsheets
    • Map every system
    • Pin the target
    • Set milestones
    • Write down the requirements
  3. Level 2 of 8

We interview your people and connect the dots

We talk to the people who do the work. When the CFO and the ops lead describe the same broken handoff, we connect them, and scattered complaints become one clear requirement.

    • Interview the people who do the work
    • Connect shared needs
    • Find the handoff that hurts
  4. Level 3 of 8

    Every interview becomes searchable text

Interviews are recorded and transcribed automatically (speech to text). Language processing (NLP) then tags the phrases that matter: systems, pain points, deadlines and asks.

“Every Monday I re-key CRM invoices into Billing, and it has to match by month-end. I just want a nightly sync.” Example · Interview 2 · CFO · 00:14:32 SystemPain pointDeadlineAsk
    • Record every interview
    • Transcribe voice to text
    • Tag what matters
  5. Level 4 of 8

    The transcripts write the backlog

Tagged phrases become stories with acceptance criteria, each traced to the person and minute it came from. The plan is now twelve buildable pieces.

    1. STORY-214 Nightly CRM → Billing sync source: CFO interview, 00:14:32
    2. STORY-218 Warehouse export without Excel source: Ops lead interview, 00:09:05
    3. STORY-223 One month-end dashboard source: Analyst interview, 00:21:40
    4. Example tickets
    • Turn phrases into stories
    • Write acceptance criteria
    • Trace every ticket to its source
  6. Level 5 of 8

We orchestrate thousands of AI agents against it

dev3lop spawns and orchestrates thousands of AI agents against the backlog. A squad claims each ticket, then builds, tests and reviews it in the order our engineers set. Each finished ticket turns dashed track solid.

Build Test Review In the live map, 12 squads of AI agents each claim one ticket.

    • Spawn the agents
    • Claim every ticket
    • Build, test, review
    • Ship the line

Your whole stack runs through one hub

Cloud-agnostic and on-prem capable: your clouds, databases and APIs stream in, and web platforms and desktop apps ship out, built end to end by one team.

  8. Level 7 of 8

Split across vendors, the work stalls

Hand discovery, notes, backlog and build to four vendors and every handoff drops context. People wait at the gaps, work stalls, and profit stays flat.

    • Context kept between stages
    • People served on time
  9. Level 8 of 8

One company end to end, and profit compounds

When dev3lop runs every stage, nothing is lost between them. The first weeks are an investment; after that, the connected network carries more every week.

    • One operator for every stage
    • Target reached
Flip it: same map, four vendors. Start with a diagram
