    Jewels are the bearings that take the friction out. Ours are interviews. We talk to the people who do the work, then link what they said: the spreadsheet finance re-keys is the export ops dreads.

    Voice becomes text becomes signal

    Every interview is recorded and transcribed. NLP tags the systems, pain points, cadences and asks, so the energy in a conversation gets stored instead of lost in someone’s notes.
